Supplement Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your supplements, you may return unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

• Items must be unopened and in original packaging
• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Consultation Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy for consultations:

• More than 48 hours notice: Full refund or reschedule
• 24-48 hours notice: 50% refund or reschedule
• Less than 24 hours notice: No refund (reschedule available at our discretion)

5. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed
