We deliver across the United Kingdom only. Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days.
Orders placed before 2pm (Monday-Friday) will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends will be dispatched the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Consultations are conducted online via video call. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email with instructions on how to schedule your appointment and join the call.
Delivery charges and product prices are subject to change based on supplier costs. In the rare event that pricing or availability changes significantly after you place an order, we will issue a full refund and reach out to let you know.
